Information Gathering
When choosing to work with us, you will have the choice between filling out a quick form or receiving a call at a time of your convenience. In either case, we gather some preliminary information about your situation and determine the best place to start.
Both the form and the call take no longer than 10 minutes. If you opt for the call, we will move right into the Planning Session immediately after, unless you prefer to schedule it for another time.
Project Deep Dive
During the Deep Dive Session, we consult with you to gain an understanding of exactly what the challenges are, the systems and/or people involved in the situation, and what a solution would look like. The output to this session on our side is a coherent plan on how we can provide the most immediate value. We also take note of any other challenges that are mentioned which we can help solve after we have proven our value.
As this is a more detailed discussion, this session can take up to an hour to complete.

On-Site Discovery (Optional)
If you would like a very thorough analysis of your business and its processes, Autonomi representatives can travel to your organization and spend the day looking for potential areas of improvement. You will be able to schedule up to five, 1-hour deep dive sessions with core individuals of your choice. Upon completion of the Discovery Session, we will deliver a comprehensive report that details our findings and provides you the information you need to implement the improvements all on your own, should you choose to do so.
Otherwise, we will simply use the Discovery Session report to provide a comprehensive analysis of your company and supplement our post-session discussion.
Detailed Proposal
Using the Deep Dive as a reference, we will prepare a proposal that details the ins and outs of the project in plain English for your view. Our proposals will also describe the timeline, projections regarding the anticipated results of the project, estimated ROI and break-even, and any other core KPIs you would like us to analyze.
The proposal will be delivered via email for your inspection before the pre-project meeting. During that meeting, we will make any changes to the proposal youâd like, discuss logistics, establish key points of contact for the project, and take care of any credentialing and access concerns that will be required to implement the solution.
Project Kickoff
On the day we set together, the project will begin! During this time, you can just sit back, relax, and trust that everything is handled. If we have any questions or run into any issues, we will simply reach out to the appropriate point of contact.
As we hit the agreed-upon milestones, we will send you a quick update so that you are always informed, but never bothered.
Review and Next Steps
During the project review, we will go over the implementation of the project, perform a demo (if applicable), and discuss any next steps that may be beneficial for your company. We will also turn over any deliverables that were agreed upon in the proposal, such that you have everything you need to fully understand the ins and outs of our work.
