What It Is

Solving the Deeper Issues

Imagine if your company didn’t struggle to hire and maintain talent, never missed a deadline, and worked together without interpersonal conflict. What more could your team achieve if it was always in complete alignment behind your goals?

How it Works

Getting to the Core

We analyze the situation end-to-end using an approach based in systems theory. This allows us to gain a deep understanding of the issue, and the steps necessary to change it such that your team is in full alignment with your goals.

Boots on the Ground

Labeled as Process Improvement Consultants, Autonomi Consultants join the team at your organization in order to observe the ongoing dynamics within the team and identify possible areas of remediation. Consultants will attend meetings, ask questions, and otherwise “blend in” with the ongoing work of your organization. The process is completely non-invasive, allowing your employees to continue their work as they would on any other day.

Your PI consultants are able to identify both “tactical” issues (such as ineffective project management frameworks and ineffective workflows) and “functional” issues (such as lack of buy-in and distrust in project leadership).

Individual Deep Dives

Once the Consultants have identified the core individuals involved, they will speak with each in a one-on-one capacity to gather more information about the political dynamics of the affected team. This is a more nuanced operation, as much of the critical information needed to affect change is exchanged in short conversations that happen in as much more informal setting.

Individuals with more influence over the situation will also be met within a more formal setting to gain an understanding of their individual vision and goals for the team. Misalignments, unofficial alliances, and other key components of the situation are uncovered.

Remediation Plan

Taking all they have learned, the consultants will prepare a detailed remediation plan that thoroughly explains the cause and effect of the situation, the main actors involved, their motivations, and what needs to be done to correct the issue. This planning stage will give rise to several deliverables that provide you an unprecedented view into the internal day-to-day dynamics of your organization.

Affecting Real, Permanent Change

Should you choose to have Autonomi implement the solution, the detailed plan laid out in the previous step will be executed by the consultants. Organizational solutions solve the issue at the incentive level, effectively removing the present and future potential for the issue to return.

After implementation, the consultants will meet with you to explain the results of the implementation in detail and provide you with a post-implementation report for future reference.

Reduce Churn
