What exactly does Autonomi do?

Who is Autonomi’s service designed for?

Is this compatible with my Legacy Systems?
It sure is. All technical Autonomi Solutions are non-invasive and sit “on top of” your existing infrastructure. For systems that are past end-of-life support we may have to get creative with our approach, but we pride ourselves on our ability to improve ANY system, regardless of its current underlying architecture.
Is this just Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?
Not at all. Our solutions are specifically curated to your exact situation. In some cases, simple RPA may be enough to solve your issue. However, our exact blend of technologies allows us to make robots that are capable of advanced, abstract decision making. Our robots can read and interpret documents, make informed decisions based on raw data, make intelligent recommendations, and much more. Put simply, if it’s something you no longer want to do, our robots are more than likely able to take care of it.
Why offer Organizational Dynamics?
In our experience, there are many cases where the client originally believes that the issues their company faces are caused by inefficient systems. After a few improvements, the issues are a little “better”, but still not resolved. Deeper evaluation of these issues normally points to a systemic issue within the organization that affects people, not technology. Our organizational dynamics offerings allow us to address the totality of hurdles a maturing business may face, not just the technical side.
Are you trying to replace Employees?
Absolutely not. In fact, one of the main reasons that we created Autonomi is that we believe that robots should help employees, not replace them. The fact of the matter is that in most organizations, there are jobs that nobody wants to do, but some people “have” to.
Now, nobody is doing anything they “have” to do, very well. In this case, both the employee and the organization lose. If that employee can be repurposed to do something more meaningful, they will do a better job and the organization will benefit. We make robots to turn lose-lose situations into win-win situations, simple as that.
How do I know the Automation is going to work how I want?
During the planning period for your project, we will request that you provide a technical point of contact that we can reach out to for any questions regarding the project during implementation. Once the solution is created, we will perform a live demonstration for you and your team and ensure that everything works exactly how you would like before we move forward with go-live. After go-live, should you find any other last-minute tweaks, our projects come with a 1-month revision period during which we can make any last minute enhancements required to make sure your solution works exactly as you would like.
Are my Automations Cloud-Based? Or On-Premises?
Unfortunately, there is no simple answer to this question. It depends on the exact solution being implemented. Most Autonomi projects will include some form of cross platform integration that requires a cloud-based component. All cloud-based solutions are fully encrypted using the latest advancements in cyptography and multilayer authentication. As a software provider, a data breach could potentially sink our entire business, so we take encryption very seriously.
Solutions that do not require SaaS implementations can be configured as solely on-premises solutions. For on-premises projects, we prepare the solution as a downloadable file that can be installed directly to your environment, with or without internet connection.
How do you determine ROI and break-even on my solution?
ROI and break-even calculations are determined based on the FTE (full-time equivalent) of the solution. For automation projects, this simply equates to rate of time saved per employee multiplied by the affected employees’ salary and benefits compensation. Any information you provide us to that end will remain completely confidential in alignment with our confidentiality agreement. We will use actuals wherever we can in these calculations but may need to use assumptions or industry standards if compensation information is not readily available.
For organizational dynamics projects, a true ROI and break-even calculation will not be available until after the investigation phase of the project is concluded. In these projects, ROI and break-even are calculated based on the expected improvement in work throughput upon remediation of the issue.
Can you help me establish better processes without Automation?
Sure we can. In fact, organizations that are still in the earlier stages of development will get much more value out of getting strong processes in place before attempting to automate anything. Our process improvement consultants are lean six-sigma certified experts, and can work with you to design efficient, scalable systems that you can rely upon for years to come.
What kind of Customer Support do you have?
When you begin working with us, you will be assigned a dedicated account lead who will be your contact throughout the project and beyond. While our automation services come with a 1-month post-delivery support period, longer support packages can be purchased for a nominal fee that extend far beyond the length of the active engagement.
