Background
Issac Hicks is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of understanding client needs and capitalizing on new market opportunities. A âgiftedâ individual, Issac graduated high school at the age of 16 before receiving a Bachelorâs in Aerospace Engineering in May 2016. Since graduation, Issac worked in both the Aerospace Design field and Business Transformation consulting before moving into the startup community and successfully pursuing several of his own business pursuits.
Issacâs interest in automation and social psychology began in early 2017 while working as a Business Transformation Consultant at Accenture. Throughout his interactions with several clients, he began to see a need for a different flavor of consulting. While staff augmentation and management consulting projects could temporarily subvert issues, Issac longed for the opportunity to complete projects that would have a deep, lasting impact on the organizations he served. Outside of work, Issac began to take on various projects in automation and artificial intelligence realm, applying his engineering training to achieve a deep understanding of the systematic processes behind the craft.
Previous Experience
Upon entrance into the Business Transformation world, Issac quickly excelled as an Agile Project Management expert. Achieving the certification of SAFe-Agilist (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises), he gained a deep understanding of what it truly takes for an organization to rapidly produce high-quality work in an increasingly competitive market environment.
Applying his engineering knowledge, Issac went on to build several notable software platforms whilst achieving a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics, sociology, and psychology.
Issac created Autonomi as a way to channel the knowledge he has attained through a multidisciplinary career. Through the application of both advanced software tools and deep knowledge in organizational dynamics, Issac strives to empower Autonomiâs clients to experience a sense of fulfillment and personal satisfaction from their careers.
Notable Achievements
Issac successfully pitched his self-developed cryptocurrency software platform, Cypheria, to a former Goldman Sachs executive for an undisclosed sum. You can view the original functional specifications of the platform here.

Less notably, Issac was the application designer for a product that was beaten to market by SnapMapsTM in late 2017. The original UI mockup of the platform can be found here.
Philosophy
Issacâs passion for improving the working lives of others comes from my recognition of the downstream effects that career dissatisfaction can have on people and their loved ones. An avid proponent of the âGame Bâ movement, Issac believes that an internal business dynamic in which all the desires of the individuals within are met is not only possible but represents the optimal form of business from a capitalistic perspective.
