Background
Austin Ambrozi is a sales professional with an extensive history of business development. In 2018 he graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia with a degree in Economics. As an entrepreneur since the age of 16, Austin has grown a keen sense for recognizing when businesses are poised for rapid growth. He has leveraged this strength with particularly effective communication and seen tremendous success in the digital marketing industry because of it.
Austin has been a diligent student of everything related to psychology, influence, and persuasion. From the tried-and-true sales techniques of legends like Jordan Belfort and Grant Cardone, to negotiation tactics taught by FBI hostage negotiators, Austin has studied it all and is considered a black belt in verbal judo. He believes almost every single interpersonal conflict stems from ineffective communication as opposed to malice.
Upon learning of all the possibilities enabled by Robotic Process Automation (RPA), his background in economics convinced him of the potential it has to disrupt every major industry, and he was immediately hooked. Austin realized that there was significant overlap between RPA and his love for psychology in that both could be used as tools to help businesses scale more effectively, and thus Autonomi was born.
Previous Experience
Austin nurtured his knack for creative persuasion by starting a digital marketing firm called Crowd Drivers. He claims that consulting with business owners from such a wide variety of industries sharpened his eye for efficiency and taught him how to really âmove the needle.â It was in this venture that he discovered the significance of both organizational dynamics as well as systems and processes. In realizing that these two areas often have the biggest impact on the trajectory of a company, Austin began looking for ways to amplify his efforts in these domains.
Notable Achievements
Along with President and CEO Issac Hicks, Austin successfully pitched the cryptocurrency software platform, Cypheria, to a former Goldman Sachs executive for an undisclosed sum. You can view the original functional specifications of the platform here.
Austin has helped bridge the gap between Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and digital marketing which has allowed him to help dozens of small businesses with their online presence. He plans to launch his first e-commerce brand in 2021.
Philosphy
Austin has always held a relentless desire for progress. Forward momentum has always been his core motivation and he believes that people are, by definition, at their best whenever they are progressing in some way or another. He believes that life, in general, is not about happiness alone, but rather the reduction of current and future suffering. To Austin, happiness is simply a poorly defined proxy for said reduction of suffering, and âprogressionâ is a much more effective metric. His desire to help improve existing companies is rooted in this ethos.
