A sales driven organization, VIE Media strongly prioritizes customer relationship building. As a bootstrapped organization from day one, VIE media has built themselves from nothing into an iconic part of the St. Louis ecosystem. Looking to help VIE blast through their revenue plateau and move up to larger client organizations, Autonomi rolled out a custom, cross-organizational solution that allowed VIE to enjoy automatic scheduling, email reminders, task assignment, lead generation, and much more.
The Importance of Organization
With customers at the forefront of everything they do, VIE did not have established, standardized processes for the way they performed their work. The President of the organization, Garrett, led the charge on each engagement, leading his team through each
undertaking in a unique way. Notes regarding the various prospects and clients they had were kept in a series of ad-hoc Excel documents, while follow-ups and other reminders were manually programmed into Google Calendar, if they were remembered at all.

Unfortunately, this led to many missed meetings, improper project deliveries, and other problems that negatively impacted VIE’s brand image. This lack of organization also made juggling priorities and tasks a major chore, greatly decreasing the capacity of the team. Without systems in place to properly monitor and track the work efforts, VIE’s employees were in a continuous state of reprioritization. As the saying goes, you can’t expect to juggle all of the balls without dropping a few.
Our Solution
The Autonomi team worked with VIE to establish vital standard operating procedures before integrating every function of the organization into a single, master automation system.
The Automated Master Leveraging intelligence (ALMi) is an advanced, cognitive enabled
robotic system that provides live KPI tracking for and automatic fulfillment of the most critical administrative tasks an organization faces.

As an end-to-end solution, ALMi began it’s work by sourcing qualified leads directly from Google and LinkedIn and adding them to VIE’s sales call list. This allowed the sales team at VIE to focus solely on sales, instead of splitting their work between prospecting and outreach. Once a lead demonstrated interest, a simple click of a button imported the lead into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, scheduled the discovery session, and added the Zoom Meeting to both the client and salesperson’s calendar. This reduced the job of managing leads to a passive affair: looking at a list, clicking a button, and receiving calendar reminders of upcoming meetings.
Once a lead was in the pipeline, ALMi automatically identified the relevant employees for each step of the closing process, adding tasks and assigning deadlines automatically. Each morning, the employees at VIE now received an individualized list of the tasks they had on their plate for the day. With scheduling, lead flow, and project management handled, Garrett was liberated from the role of continuous personnel management, allowing him to pursue larger clients and land the organization’s first six figure contract. ALMi’s intuitive executive dashboards also enabled him to keep a crystal-clear pulse on the health of the organization at a glance, ensuring he was always updated, but never bothered.
